If You Have a Complaint
We hope that on the whole you are happy with the work of the school. From time to time however, you may feel you want to express a concern about a particular issue. Most complaints are best dealt with by the class teacher, who is the person that knows most about your child’s day to day life in school.
If you feel this is not appropriate, or if you are not happy with the response to your concerns, then you should talk, or write, to the Head Teacher, who will investigate your concern before promptly making a response.
If you are still not happy about the way your complaint has been dealt with, or if your complaint is about the Head Teacher, you should write confidentially to the Chair of Governors, c/o the school office.
